Our staff & volunteers
Founded by husband and wife team, Brian and Lisa, with the mission and desire to provide the much needed services for children with cancer as well as the support of the entire family.
With a dedicated team of professional volunteers in multiple fields, we have created and implemented programs that connect science and spirituality with the goal of healing all children's cancer.
All of our Experts use exercise, meditation, science and spirituality to clear their minds and manifest the best version of themselves. We are here to teach others the benefits of tapping into the healing powers that are available to all of us.

Inner Warrior Programs
1. Mindset/State of Being/Energy Flow
Everything Begins with the connection of Mind, Body and Spirt. You need each one to work in unison and conjunction with the other. Human beings are all made of Energy and frequency and vibration. Our bodies are 70-80% water. The problem is that the external frequencies we are subjected to do not align with the natural intended state of our being. We need to bring our “State” back into unison and in touch with nature, the Divine and the universe. Our state is mental, physical, and emotional, this is our energy level and frequency vibration. We can change this by three things: 1) Physiology-what you do with your body, 2) Language and meaning-the language you use and the meaning you create, using affirmations, ex; I AM, 3) Focus-what you focus on and give energy to you tend to believe and create, this is called the law of attraction.
We use many fun activities for the kids to learn about these modalities in an easier and childlike approach. This also helps the family members as well, no matter what age they are. We conduct educational classes and use childlike props to explain the mind-body connection. What we teach the kids is how to manifest their dreams into reality, to give them hope. We create daily intentions for them to focus on. The law of attraction states that the energy you create is the energy you will receive. Ask, Believe, and Receive is an extremely useful tool in creating hope, and faith with their current situation. We believe that the mind can heal the body. This is what we teach the kids as well as their parents.
2. Frequency/Sound/Music Therapy
There are seven main chakras situated along the spine, from the base to the crown of your head. These consist of root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Each chakra symbolizes energy centers and corresponds to a bundle of nerves, major organs, and areas of our spiritual body that impact our emotional and physical wellbeing. This modality utilizes sound frequencies through music to wake up the seven chakras and promote healing within the different chakras.
We use the 11 Solfeggio frequencies to bring our State back to our natural state. Ancient Gregorian chants and Sanskrit mantras use all these tones and frequencies to not only increase UV light absorption by up to 10% but also repair DNA, which is critical in managing health.
Depending on the age of the kids and the interest, the durations will be different. Once the kids feel the enjoyment of the vibration shift, they love it. This therapy is very beneficial for both kids and adults. It helps them to calm their nervous system and brings them to a more peaceful state. This helps with coping with stress.
We like to play different games with the kids to guess which chakras they are healing and why. It becomes an educational game which helps them to understand and use their minds for growth and expansion.
3. Life Coaching/Lifestyle
Coaching is a very important part of our lives. We all need coaching to help guide us through the difficult times in our lives. Both parents and children benefit greatly from being coached on positive mindset, proper nutrition, exercise, and a never give up attitude.
Our beliefs shape and mold our entire lives. Beliefs are feelings and knowledge of absolute certainty. They create our very present and future.
Words create meaning and meaning creates biochemical state change. Your goals affect you, whatever they are. Identity shapes your choices. I AM more than anything I am facing. You do not experience life; you experience the life you focus on. We focus on the positive.
In this section, we empower the children to believe in themselves, love themselves, and believe that they are that powerful to help in healing themselves. We use pictures and puppets to explain the different affirmations. This helps the family members a great deal. We truly believe that parents must lead the way for their children to thrive.
4. Exercise/Bodywork
High energy = high execution! Energy is the source of your results, and your mind is the source to change your biochemistry. Challenge yourself to be the best YOU! Energy created by movement and sound creates the perfect State of Being! We love to teach the children all about dance, exercise, movement. This is a fun part for the children. Our motto is, “Dance your Heart out Like No One is Looking.” Let go and just be yourself, let your inner child shine, as if you were never diagnosed with cancer. This allows the children to learn how to live in the moment and enjoy it.
Our pediatric chiropractor uses body work to align the body correctly to be the most effective at healing and strengthening. Learning different stretches and relieving toxins from the body enhances healing. Building muscle, strength, and endurance both physically and cardiovascular is essential for recovery. Remember- mind, body, spirit are all connected and depend on each other.
5. Meditation/Yoga
The quality of your life is the quality of your consistent emotions. Focus equals feelings, so what you focus on, you give meaning to, and this creates your emotions. Breathing is a great way to control our emotions. Learning the techniques of proper breath work to maximize oxygen flow in the body, which is your fuel source, is a great way to let our positive emotions flow properly.
Meditation is a powerful tool in controlling our mind, our body, our state, our emotions, and overall well-being. We love to teach children how to take long deep breaths to relax their nerves as well as their nervous system. This allows them to feel a certain sense of control. The classes are very short, and specific for each child. The children love these sessions when they see how beneficial and fun they are. The parents learn so much, and it also allows them to continue to cope and be strong for their child.
Yoga is great for children to learn how to relax and strengthen their bodies. Movement is great to soothe the sore muscles combined with gentle yoga stretches. The kids do different poses that make them laugh and have fun during the exercise. Laughter is the best emotion for healing the soul!
6. Nutrition/Healthy Eating
Nutrition is medicine for all individuals, when implemented properly. Our society is filled with large proportions, improper foods, and obesity. Parents need to learn how to feed their children nutritious, healthy whole foods. We educate the parents with dietitians, and cooking classes. We hold cooking classes for the adults, as well as the children. We make it fun and interactive to help the entire family learn how easy it is to eat healthy.
Our experts teach about the power of healthy fats and oils, the power of healthy greens and alkalinity, to optimize health in all systems of your body. The power of maximum nourishment to energize, to grow and develop, to purify and cleanse, to prevent and fight disease. We are what we eat. Feed the mind and the body properly for optimal health.
7. Aryvedic Medicine/Oral care
We have an amazing expert who lost her mother to gum disease. She teaches children how to take care of their gums from an early age to prevent disease. Parents learn things that they never really knew about how gums and improper dental care can contribute to disease.
Experts in this ancient practice teach about the definition of “disease” and the imbalance of life and how we can bring balance back to life. This system is born from Nature and provides a roadmap for sustainable living. The use of self-empowerment by owning it, living it, and loving it. This system looks at disease as a progression that can be cured. This is a holistic approach that does not treat the symptoms but treats the root cause.
8. Nature Therapy
Being surrounded and infused with nature in a controlled environment or a secluded outdoor setting allows total focus and grounding with nature and Mother Earth. Nature promotes balance, grounding, and connecting to our planet. Nature soothes the soul and allows healing from within. Allow yourself to “BE” and feel the energy of life flow through you. Shut off the external world and come back to knowing that you are here for a purpose, and you are worthy. We place the children and families in a controlled environment of nature that promotes healing. We do meditation and yoga amongst nature, as well.
9. Art Therapy
This proactive technique is a perfect opportunity for children to interpret, express and resolve their emotions and thoughts. They can express themselves freely and improve their mental health and coping skills. We can recover and feel better through artistic expression that blends the connection of mind, body and spirit.
Each individual will be assessed and given a course of action that is right for them based on the programs listed above to propel them forward with lasting change for a healthy life. Our therapies are immersive and designed to bring forth the healing properties of the mind, body and spirit to live the best version of ourselves. Our experts and therapists are there with you every step of the way to guide, teach and facilitate success for living a longer healthier life.
Retreats/Webinars/Seminars
We have one-day, three day, and five-day retreats outside of the clinic to get people out in nature for proper healing, and overall well-being. In these programs we introduce certain animals that help towards healing mind and spirit for the children, this includes equestrian techniques, as well as Dogs that are used for service animals. Sometimes it is needed to take the families out of their environment and go on a nature trail or get outdoors where they can experience different daily activities and open their minds for proper healing.
We have group webinars with other children and create support groups where they can talk with one another and share their experiences. This is very beneficial for the parents and siblings to talk about their pain and sorrow, as well as faith, hope, and healing techniques. All therapists and practitioners that conduct the retreats, webinars, and seminars are certified in their area of expertise.
Programs for Volunteers
At times, per the discretion of the board of directors, we provide internships or volunteer programs which will provide opportunities for involvement in outreach activities and programs to have a greater impact for change. Activities that volunteers are involved with include the education on topics such as nutrition, diet, positive mindset, oral care, body work, and sound healing. Other activities will include fundraising and event coordination

Inner Warrior Foundation is a nonprofit organization designed to provide the necessary mentorship and guidance to raise awareness of mindful living, in children and families. We are focused on the healthy lifestyle that is needed for longevity of life for children pre and post cancer treatment. We provide support to inspire children and families to live healthier and happier lives.
Leading the way and partnering with other organizations we provide life changing knowledge, hope and assistance to children and families in need of stress management and healthy mental wellbeing.
We are focused on building a strong global community for the continued support of child cancer survivors.
We do this by empowering them with sustainable wellness transformations through interactive seminars, life coaching and mentorship.
Inner Warrior Foundation seeks to address the most important and recurring issues and problems of mental and physical wellbeing and mindful living, in everyday life. Children in our society, and the entire family, need to be taught proper coping mechanisms during and after cancer treatment. With positive mindset, proper nutrition, and exercise, these children can live longer, healthier, and happier lives. Inner Warrior Foundation pursues these objectives to find lasting solutions through hope, love, and education.
